• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Take appropriate action to maintain platform safety and integrity

Content may be removed if it violates our Community Guidelines or these Terms.

5. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior. Reports are reviewed by moderators. False or abusive reports may result in account penalties. When a post receives 5 or more reports with the same reason, it may be automatically removed, and warnings may be issued to the post creator.

6. Intellectual Property

The VOTF platform, including its design, logos, features, and functionality, is owned by Voice of the Fans and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our platform
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

8. Disclaimers and Limitations
